La Familia Lozano de la Torre first established Big Burrito in 1994 and later changed theme to "El Corral Mexican Grill' due to the family's great passion and love for horses. The Family immigrated to California from a small town in Mexico called Jerez, Zacatecas, bringing with them a taste of their traditional most popular receipts from their famous El Corral Chile verde house special to their homemade grandmas Caldo de Pollo and Res. The Familia Lozano de la Torre would like to thank all their loyal customers that supported them for all this years and many more to come.
