- BCbilly crystal1 day ago1.0They let a line of cars in 20 min before closing and after sitting in line for 20 min they tell everyone that they're close even though we're still in line. Is this a company rule or is this location that pathetically lazy? If these idiots couldn't get every person in line then why not shut the line earlier.
- JRJordan ReidMay 5, 20261.0Their methods suck. They have this zipper merge, which makes sense if both people were at the same pace of taking orders. So instead you end up picking what is first deemed the shortest line, but then that line may move slower so instead your wait time is doubled because now you’re following cars that came after you because they are serving you as a zipper at their pace not a zipper of wait time. I don’t live near this area so I don’t have a location near me so I stop here every now and again but it’s always something- missing a candy straw, the wait and merge times as I mentioned, and honestly it’s hard to get out. Just going to stick to the usual coffee shops.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
