  Revised 1 week after original review. Disappointed Returned for another delicious peanut butter chai only to be told they don't do those. I let her know that last weekend I was able to get one here. She smiled and said I'm the supervisor and you just told on them so I'll talk with them about it (apologies to those lovely ladies, didn't know I was saying something I shouldn't). They have an item on menu called funky monkey which is a peanut butter coffee banana drink. I pointed out they can do a the funky monkey and she said yes but said they are not supposed to mix drinks. Not exactly sure why that would be unless they're just not cleaning out the container in between servings? 🤷🏼‍♀️ My husband asked for the blended matcha. Apparently they changed their matcha so the blender is no longer available. They do still have the ice matcha if that's you your jam. The regular blended chai isn't as great as other local coffee shops so we'll probably not be back too often. If you don't care about blended chai or blended matcha, you might like Crave. Original review Almost perfect! Decided to try a new to me coffee shop for chai. They have a blended chai (from a powder, my fave!!!!). They also have peanut butter. And to my pleasure they agreed to do a blended peanut butter chai! The flavor is spot on but it's a tad thinner than I like. Thin drinks melt too fast so it's difficult enjoy it slowly. I love the seating, especially the comfy armchairs which remind me of old school Augie's in Redlands, before they opened multiple locations. (That's where my live affair with chai all started ❤️). There are a few outlets but not too many. I'll definitely be back.

  It's always a pleasure walking into Crave's coffee shop (Riverside location). The team there is very friendly, welcoming,and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant and calming. My favorite drink is a blended caramel latte (we call it the "Rose" drink, lol) and they always make it just the way I like it with a special shot of "Joy" to top it off. Also, their breakfast sandwiches are delicious, as well. Love Crave's Coffee!❤️ Rose

  I’ve gone here quite a bit for a few years and they’re consistent… by that I mean my coffee is not great but I’ve come to expect it. My lattes taste milky or diluted everytime without that rich espresso taste that I get from other places. I won’t say it’s terrible but not something I’d go out of my way for

  I will never return to this place. I placed an order for pick up at 8:30. I walked in exactly at 8:30 am and it seemed slow. No one acknowledged me, then was asked who i was picking up for. And was told they were working on my order?! She hadn't even started on it. Drink was okay not the best.

  This is my sep me eating here and it’s delicious 100% recommended . Especially cuz you can order ahead of time .
