- SKSimranjeet KaurAug 20, 20261.0I am extremely angry and disappointed with this order. I clearly ordered a VEGETARIAN bowl, but I received a bowl with CHICKEN in it. This is completely unacceptable. I paid $22 for food that I couldn’t even eat because my order was completely wrong. How can a vegetarian order be given chicken? This is not a small mistake when someone specifically orders vegetarian food. I expected much better from Chipotle. Please take more care when preparing and checking orders before handing them to customers. After this experience, I will never order from this store again.
- MMMapleAug 1, 20261.0I’ve been coming here during my evening work breaks for about six months now and normally really enjoy having this as a place to sit down and unwind for a bit. Unfortunately, every once in a while I’ll see the same one or two women come in to pick up their orders while snickering and making racially offensive jokes and comments. I’ve also seen them wearing sweaters that reference the county sheriff’s dispatch, which makes the behavior even more disappointing. It’s happened enough times now that it’s become really frustrating. I come here to enjoy my break, not listen to grown adults make racial comments and act like children. I don’t feel like I should have to find somewhere else to go because other customers can’t behave appropriately. At this point, I think this needs more attention than just from Chipotle. People deserve to know how their public servants are acting when they’re out in the community.
