  2nd time I have had raw meat from this place. 1st time was chicken . Not just under cooked but pink. This time did steak at least if undercooked it was beef...it cold and under cooked. Will never eat here again. No wonder they are slipping backwards. Yuk

  I had a very concerning experience at this Chipotle location. While watching the chicken being prepared, I noticed it looked unusually wet and undercooked. As it was being chopped, raw-looking meat was sticking to the cutting board and the knife. When it was being scooped, it was extremely juicy in a way that raised concern, yet it did not appear to alarm the staff handling it. After receiving my order, I advised my son to be careful with the meat and to make sure it wasn’t pink or undercooked. Once we got home and he began eating it, he immediately pulled out a piece of what looked like raw chicken. Shortly after eating, both my son and I became sick. I am currently pregnant, which makes this situation even more serious, as undercooked chicken poses significant health risks. I am also a caregiver to my young child with special needs, and being sick left me unable to properly care for her, forcing me to seek help I cannot afford. What was especially concerning was the lack of response from staff during preparation. Despite the visible texture and appearance of the chicken, it continued to be served. At one point, instead of fully discarding the questionable meat, it was handled again and placed back onto the grill rather than properly replaced. This experience raises serious concerns about food safety practices, proper cooking procedures, and staff training at this location. I believe this matter needs to be taken seriously and addressed immediately.

  I came to this restaurant around 8:45 PM on Monday, Memorial Day, and I’m honestly very upset by the lack of empathy from the employees at this location. I ordered two veggie bowls with rice, beans, corn, lettuce, and salsa, without guacamole — not because I didn’t want it, but because they were completely out of guacamole. When I mentioned that the bowls would not taste the same without it, since it’s basically just vegetables at that point, the employee simply said, “We don’t have any.” I’m not saying they had to magically make guacamole appear, but there was zero effort to offer any kind of solution, discount, or accommodation. I was buying two bowls plus extra tortillas, and after preparing everything, they just acted like they didn’t care at all and sent me on my way. So I ended up leaving the food there. Honestly, paying full price for rice, beans, lettuce, and salsa with no guacamole is something I can easily make at home myself.

  This was my first time eating a Chipotle restaurant and I was super excited. But the people behind the counter were not welcoming. I told them it was my first time & they didn't say anything but, "Okay, what can I get you?" I never got not one smile. Maybe it was just me but I just felt very put off by this experience. And will probably never eat at a Chipotle restaurant......EVER again.

  I used to go to this location a lot but in the past 3 years it has gone downhill. Whenever I have ordered a steak bowl the steak is dry and mostly fatty instead of good quality meat. I'm not expecting filet mignon but seriously the quality of the meat sucks. Secondly, I've gotten sick from eating here before. Won't go into details but it was not pleasant. Third, recently we have had the pleasure of dealing with the attitude of a worker. My husband and I went on separate occasions and both were treated poorly by this employee. I do not know her name but she is blonde and very tall and a sulky face. I am not expecting cheerful special treatment but having a face that says you're miserable and giving customers attitude is not appetite inducing. MANAGEMENT needs to change or do better.
