- AQAnam QMay 7, 20261.0I used to go to this location a lot but in the past 3 years it has gone downhill. Whenever I have ordered a steak bowl the steak is dry and mostly fatty instead of good quality meat. I'm not expecting filet mignon but seriously the quality of the meat sucks. Secondly, I've gotten sick from eating here before. Won't go into details but it was not pleasant. Third, recently we have had the pleasure of dealing with the attitude of a worker. My husband and I went on separate occasions and both were treated poorly by this employee. I do not know her name but she is blonde and very tall and a sulky face. I am not expecting cheerful special treatment but having a face that says you're miserable and giving customers attitude is not appetite inducing. MANAGEMENT needs to change or do better.

An employee young lady with bright pink hair was friendly and helpful toward her coworkers, but when it was our turn, her attitude completely changed. She was dismissive, gave attitude when I asked for toppings, and handled utensils in a careless, unprofessional way. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor customer service at this location—there seems to be a consistent lack of respect toward customers. If employees don’t want to interact with customers, they shouldn’t be in customer service roles. Very unprofessional and not a welcoming environment. I would not recommend this location.

Everytime I come there’s no brown rice, always have to wait for it and it’s not even busy. Portions suck too, big thumbs down. Chipotle at the Riverside Plaza is so much nicer, cleaner and the workers are amazing! Chipotle @ Tyler, do better please.
