  I came to this Chick-fil-A tonight hoping to have a good experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the complete opposite. I’m honestly not sure where the miscommunication happened, especially since my order was taken face-to-face. The employee taking my order seemed extremely rushed, constantly cutting me off while I was speaking, answering for me, and not fully listening to what I was ordering. I assumed the order was entered correctly, but when we got to the window and checked the bag, we realized a mac & cheese that we ordered was missing and had been replaced with fries instead. The employee at the window handed us the food without saying anything and walked away, leaving us unsure if our order was complete or if more items were still coming. When we asked if everything was included, she initially said yes. After we explained that items were missing, she reread the order back to us as if the mistake had been ours, even though it was not. At that point, we told her we didn’t want to waste any more of her time. I also noticed there was very little customer service throughout the interaction. While I understand saying “my pleasure” is not the biggest issue, it is something Chick-fil-A is known for, and the overall interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. We were simply handed our food in silence with no communication at all. After trying to move past the situation and eat our meal, we discovered the order was still incomplete. We were not given utensils, napkins, or any of the sauces that were listed on the receipt and included in the order. At that point, it became clear there was a serious lack of attention to detail and customer care during this visit. I’ve never had an experience like this at a Chick-fil-A before, especially considering the high standards the company is known for. I don’t want to make assumptions, but as a young person driving a Tesla, it honestly felt like I may have been judged or treated differently, which is disappointing if true. Regardless, the level of service we received was unacceptable, and I will be reporting this experience through the proper channels.

  No wonder this Chick-fil-A has 2 1/2 stars stabbed was extremely rude and it’s the first time ever that I’ve been to one of these restaurants I say thank you not only did I not get acknowledge they didn’t say my pleasure and I thought that was a policy of theirs. What a bad service.
