Instead of actually packing the ice cream down, they just loosely scoop it, which leaves noticeable gaps and results in a container that isn’t full. What’s frustrating is that the pre-packed pints are clearly filled all the way, but they don’t carry the flavors we like so I rely on hand-packed. At other Baskin-Robbins locations I’ve been to, the staff take the time to properly pack the pint, and you can see and feel the difference. At this location, it feels rushed and careless. When you’re paying for a pint, you expect a full pint not something half packed with air gaps. It’s disappointing, especially when consistency is expected from the same brand.
