  Only had 1 item but even though the fries were freshly made they were alright at best. The horse sauce wasnt for me but its different and thats good. The BBQ sauce i didn't like because it had almost a watered down taste. The cheese steak was alright however the cheese sauce on it was really good. Price was crazy and made the meal not worth it. 20 bucks for a half pound large cheese steak meal is wild.

  Let me start off by saying our family has not eaten Arby's in YEARS. Not because it's a place we don't enjoy, only because there are no locarions near our home. Our drive through experience was very disappointing. We were placing our order and after every item ordered the worker asked "anything else?". She asked at least seven times. We ordered two combos, an extra sandwich and mozzarella sticks. She was very rude and short. Everything she repeated was incorrect. We asked for one of the combos to be made Large and they were not. We were missing our fries also. At the window she had attitude and clearly does not enjoy her position. We understand we are all human and have bad days but this service was completely unnecessary. Very disappointed and it ruined our experienced. We also had to pull forward and wait while there was no other car in front of us. I asked the gentleman who help me correct our order what her name was and he said "Kay". Please try better.

  I had an absolutely fantastic experience picking up my mobile order today, all thanks to Joseph and the manager, Michael There were a couple of minor hiccups with my order, but the way these two handled them actually made my visit better. First, my apple turnover was fresh out of the oven, so I had to wait a couple of extra minutes. Because it was too hot to ice, they thoughtfully put the icing on the side for me so it wouldn't melt everywhere—such a smart touch! Then, it turned out they were out of bottled water, but they immediately went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary shake or fountain drink to make up for it. Both Joseph and Michael were in such a great mood and provided top-tier customer service over the smallest inconveniences. It’s rare to see a team care this much. Highly recommend this location!
