  The staff at this location are SO nice and friendly! I cannot blame them for the disappointment I felt when I opened up my order to find a PACKET of Sweet BBQ sauce placed on top of the wrappes sandwich. Are you kidding me?!?!?! Your Marketing dept are doing a good job on selling these BBQ sandwiches...But, I will not return for another sandwich. Such a rip off!!! Thank you to the Amazing staff at Arby's on Hole Ave in Riverside...keep up the Great work!!!

  They didn't have a raw chitlin meal as they ran out. I ended up getting cooked chitlins which had no flavor. Service was pretty good but i only came for the raw chitlins. Lady at cashier was asking me where is my burger.

  Ordered to dine in at 12:27pm Fri MAR272026. At 12:41 still waiting for food. Had to say I've been waiting for my food for 15 mins before a person stopped to find my order! After $48 if food. All sandwiches were cold. Ugh! Customer service sucks!
