    I asked for extra bbq sauce they wanted 25 cents even though that had me go to the parking lot and pull in and wait for the food. I spent 30$ and they can’t even put in an extra bbq sauce. Then the lady had a horrible attitude when I said but I just 30$ on food you can’t just toss in an extra bbq sauce.

    I had a really frustrating experience at the McDonald’s in Riverbank, California. The drive-through was completely disorganized, especially when it came to taking orders. I was clearly in line before several other cars, yet they somehow managed to take the orders of three different vehicles behind me before even acknowledging mine. It felt like there was no system or attention to who was actually next. What makes it worse is that this isn’t a one-time issue—it’s happened on a lot of other occasions as well. Situations like this make customers feel ignored and undervalued. The whole point of a drive-through is efficiency and convenience, but this location consistently misses the mark. Management really needs to step in and improve how orders are handled because this kind of repeated disorganization is unacceptable.

    How many chances do you give a place? Now it’s the sundae on the chopping block. At this point 4x the price at $4.86 is way overpriced but now it’s just a waste of oversized plastic cup. Look at this picture. Does this look like the menu -not really- Weighing ice cream? If you have theft problems maybe it’s best not to take it out on your paying customers. Is the machine clogged with worms like the past and you’re worried of over-dosing the customers? Very disappointing please do better.
