- LBLaverne BreedApr 29, 20261.0Received a email for 25% of bowls. Placed my order and showed the cashier the ad. He asked for the scan code and I told him there wasn’t one. He asked to see it and was not able to see a scan code. Cashier stated that because there’s no scan code unable to place the order with an attitude. I told him to cancel the order.
- THTai HernandezApr 6, 20261.0Staffing has and will always be an issue at this location. They have a drive thru and are never fully staffed, it seems like they only ever have one person working. Lobby closes at 7 and drive thru at 8, but you wait almost an hour for food that is melted and incomplete. I don't blame the workers, whoever the franchise owner is is incredibly tone deaf to service times.
