If I get a drink one day and drive away and it's too late to go back, and then the next time I go in and casually mention how I didn't really like it they will make a new one on house! They remember your name and order. It's so nice to just sit in the breeze with your drink, except waaaay too loud.

- ASandrea solisApr 9, 20261.0I've never had an issue with Dutch bros , its always been my number one but the location at Riverbank its extremely disappointing. I went there yesterday to get one of my usuals, an Iced Midnight Rebel/ Medium . when I went through the drive thru I asked for "less Ice" and the guy told me it would be an additional $1.50 since they fill it like its a "Large" I told him no. He told me that usually its half ice and the drinks are only half the drinks . When they handed me the drink, the cup wasnt even full. I pay almost $7.00 for this drink every time i get it and I dont think its fair that they charge you so much just if you dont want so much ice in it. I didnt want to talk to the girl at the window about it when they handed me the drink only because there was a line behind me and I was in a hurry. I usually go to the McHenry location near Golden Corral and they are super kind so I wont ever come to this location again!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
