  This Sonic is awful and the worst one. You pull up to the drive thru speaker and they don't even acknowledge you for two or three minutes. Least I can do is say welcome to Sonic I'll be right with you or something like that. Gave my order she repeated it back wrong so I reiterated what I wanted and when I got the order it was still wrong. There are a couple girls seem like they were giggling and chi chatting and one was on her phone.... so that tells the whole story on how serious they take customer service. She handed me my food first and I waited another 3 minutes for my drink which you would think that would have been ready first so obviously they are not on top of things. Try calling the number and it's disconnected so I emailed corporate about the whole experience and they insult me by giving me a $5 gift card LOL. I told them they can keep their gift card and I will be giving a bad review, so here I am. Classic example of continuously digging your way down.

  Not a good location. They definitely need some upgrades. For dine in there is no restrooms. Service takes extremely long.

  Stopped there 6-11-2026, burger and shake, 7:40 pm, ate there and went to use restroom, was told they were closed for the evening, 8:00 pm, still light out absolutely un accessible.
