  My food was disgusting my sanwhich had nothing but cheese on it. All together its horrible me and my kids didn't eat dinner ladt night.

  Honestly one of the most ridiculous experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. We ordered DELIVERY from Domino’s, waited around 40 minutes, and then got a call SIX minutes before the pizza was supposedly done saying they “don’t deliver outside city limits.” Okay… then why did your app let us place the order in the first place? We are literally only 7 miles away. The fact that nobody noticed this until almost an hour later is insane. We spent all that time waiting just to basically be told “not our problem.” It got even worse when we explained that we had been drinking and couldn’t safely drive there ourselves. Instead of being understanding, the employee got rude and acted annoyed that we were even upset. Apparently customer service at this location means giving attitude to people after wasting their entire night. We asked to speak to a manager and they refused, talked over us, and eventually just hung up. Actually hanging up on customers instead of handling the issue professionally is crazy work. And after all of this, all they did was refund the order. No apology, no store credit, no attempt to fix the situation after making us wait around hungry for almost an hour. Just attitude and a refund for a problem THEY created. Maybe Domino’s should figure out their delivery radius before accepting orders they can’t complete. If 7 miles is too far, that honestly says more about this location than it does about us.

  This Domino’s deserves an award for the worst customer service imaginable. We placed a DELIVERY order and waited around 40 minutes thinking our food was on the way, only to get a last-minute phone call SIX minutes before the pizza was ready saying they suddenly “can’t deliver” because we’re “out of city limits.” Mind you… we are literally 7 miles away. Not 70. Seven. So let me get this straight: your system happily accepted the order, took the payment, and let us sit there waiting for almost an hour before somebody finally realized we were apparently too far? That sounds more like a YOU problem than a customer problem. When we explained that we had been drinking and couldn’t safely drive to pick it up, the employee was beyond rude and basically said our drinking “wasn’t their issue.” The attitude was unbelievably nasty for absolutely no reason. No apology, no attempt to help, just straight attitude from the second they called. Then when we asked to speak to a manager because the situation was ridiculous, they refused and literally hung up on us mid-conversation. Hanging up on customers instead of solving problems is apparently the customer service standard here. And the grand solution after wasting our time and treating us horribly? A refund. That’s it. No discount, no credit, no effort to make things right after completely ruining the order experience. We sat there hungry for almost an hour just to get disrespected and hung up on. If you can’t handle delivering 7 miles away, maybe stop advertising delivery or fix your app so it stops accepting orders you apparently never planned on completing. Absolutely embarrassing service.

  If you actually want pizza don't order here. The last two times I have ordered I did not even get my pizza one was delivery one was pick-up. This place is the worst.
