Went inside to pick up an order for a customer and was basically ignored by the whole staff. About five employees were there and not a welcome or a “what are you here for?” for ten whole minutes they just stared and walked past me. I canceled the order and will never return. Smh

The cashier and the manager we're giving us a hard time about our QR code, over $2 any size fries. We had scanner code on the kiosk it wasn't letting us have the deal so we moved on to the cashier she told me to scan the code again and it didn't allow it anymore since I scan the code the first time so I couldn't get my fries because you can't get your points back after scanning your code. So she ended up over writing it and giving me the fries for $2 but the fact that she didn't believe me or her cashier was kind of upsetting if anything for the inconvenience and honestly maybe an upset should have just gave us a $2.00 for free what is it to McDonald's if we get free fries for an inconvenience on there end. Happy customers equals returning customers. I just didn't have a pleasant experience here not trying to be super rude which is why I gave it three stars the food was good so kudos to the cooks. Play customer service should be a little bit more considerate about their customers time and the way they make their customers feel because I felt it didn't believe me even though I scanned my coat out of the front of the first employee the managing not believing us was just kind of disappointing.

At the drive thru today I placed my order. When I got to the pay window (window 1) I paid my $38.00 bill with a very polite young lady thinking yeah that sounds about right for 3 meals 1 a 10 pc Chicken McNugget meal for my nephew who is 6 years old. When I got to the 2nd window the young lady asked me if I was the phone order for 10 pc McNuggets I said no I just placed the order in the drivethru. She hands me 2 Cokes and says this must be for the customer at the window in front of hers.(3rd window) There was some confusion due to that vehicle, the young lady asks me if I could pull forward into the 3rd window for the rest of my order, I said ok. The car in front pulls out I pull up to the 3rd window, and after a few minutes Im handed a big bag of food. Not wanting to stall the line I pull forward and think wow all this food fit in this big bag I pull out, thats when I notice my nephews drink was not given to me. So I make a U turn go right back to the drive thru and wait until the 1 car in front of me pulls forward I said through the speaker I was just here and ordered a 10 pc the young man, who is on the headset asks if I wanted a 10 pc I didnt want to try explaining the situation through the speaker so I say yes With a Coke. I get to the window and the young man asks me 10 pc with the Fries and Coke. This is when I explain it to him the mishap. Now its McDonalds so I figured if I made the mistake I would pay for it. He asks me politely to see my reciept to which at the time I couldn't find it for the life of me my nephew was crawling all around the car like a little spider monkey, we could not find the reciept. He politely tells me hang on let me see what I can do. About 2 minutes later and a very unpolite nasty MGR Minda comes to the window I need to see your reciept. I tried to explain to her I couldn't find it and if she could possibly go through her register as thats what I do in my business when a customer loses or can't find their receipt I go into the last transactions that happened in 10 minutes. SHE VERY RUDELY INTERRUPTS ME AND SAYS THAT CANNOT BE DONE. I matched her attitude and she didn't like being spoken to the way she speaks to people and rudely says "I'LL SEE WHAT I CAN DO." I got the attention of the young man and told him, I was trying to explain if I made the mistake I'll just order the fries and the Coke but Ms No Manners came along. So I just told him to let me order the fries and the Coke and I'll pay forit, it was $6.44 no need to get into a battle of wits with an unarmed person like Minda. So he apologized and again was very polite. MINDA you should take lessons from this young man. I'm sure he's covered for you with his apologies. Which is wrong you need to be held to a higher standard. As a business owner I feel the owner needs to retrain Ms Manners or you can continue to watch your investment go from 5 stars to where it will be soon 0 STARS. This was my 3rd and final time. I like to support local businesses but will not be supporting this business until things change. If I spoke to my customers the way MINDA spoke to me I would be out of a business. I researched McDonalds today, I wanted to see why the McDonalds reputation was going downhill. -"72% of customers will tell six or more people if they have a satisfying experience." -Based on recent customer reviews (as of early 2026), McDonald's locations in California are facing significant backlash, with many locations receiving low ratings and complaints regarding service, cleanliness, and value. -Focus on your customers at hand, it's basics. You do not have to kiss peoples behinds. But working in a cleaner environment promotes a healthier career, and you're happier. If I have to wait 5 minutes for fresh fries, I'LL WAIT. That is what sells McDonalds. CUSTOMER SERVICE. The worst part is my 6 yr old nephew as soon as he saw his dad said how bad the lady at McDonalds was to me. A 6 year noticed how your employees rudeness was and acknowledged how bad it was. 3.4 Stars is a failing grade of 68%. Shame on you Minda!

Went in between 12:15-12:25 am. Waited about 10 to 15 minutes and no one answered the drive thru kiosk. Three more cars waited behind me and no one answered still. Not even after saying hello multiple times or asking if they are closed or mentioning there was 4 cars waiting including mine at that point in time. Eventually all of us left. If you are closed at 12 please change your hours on your Google page.
