    Food is standard McDonalds but the drive through is a little slow. They also dont always open on time in the morning.

    They take to long to help you out restroom it’s filthy dirty it’s 7:05 am in the morning and they still haven’t clean the restroom

    My experience was horrible Lady that took order on the intercom SCREAMED at me twice! Here is what happened I ordered the World Cup breakfast meal she asked anything else? I said yes can I please have the 2 for didn’t let me finish when she screamed I got that! So I was confused and said it again and again didn’t let me finish talking when she screamed at me again! Saying I GOT THAT!!! ANYTHING ELSE!! Then I looked and saw she got it but I didn’t know because she didn’t let me finish talking. Why is she working there!? That’s terrible customer service I’ve never even spoken to my own dog in that way! McDonald do better!! I’m very disappointed and feel humiliated!! My mom and my sister even said omg is she ok? Because who screams and talks rudely like that? Especially in a work place.

    Workers are always lazy no communication or even greeting m..found hair in my food in 2 diffrent occasions. I had told one of the managers why one of the leads and manager did not have a hair net or at least hair up..they said it was not required. ..service was slow. I try to avoid this location sucks that I live in that location

    Today, I went to pick up my mobile order. Before leaving, I always make sure my order is complete, and this time I realized I was missing one burger that I had paid for. Since it was around 10 PM, I assumed the dining room was closed, but I went to the door with my bags and receipt to explain that my order was incomplete, not to place a new order. A worker who was cleaning the dining room kindly allowed us inside. Immediately after, manager Minda gave me a dirty look and rudely scolded the employee, saying she “should know better than to allow customers inside.” She then stated that she “didn’t care” and that next time I needed to either call or wait through the drive-thru line again. What bothered me most was not only the rude treatment toward me as a customer, but also the disrespectful way she spoke to her employee over a simple and innocent mistake. As someone who also works in fast food, I understand firsthand how stressful and overwhelming rushes can be. However, stress is never an excuse for disrespectful or unprofessional behavior toward customers or employees. There were much better ways Minda could have communicated what the proper procedure should have been for future situations, as well as how to correct an employee respectfully. Additionally, if orders were being double-checked properly before being handed out, I would not have needed to come inside in the first place to retrieve the missing item I paid for. I strongly recommend that upper management reevaluate the type of leadership and customer service being displayed by this manager and provide further training on professionalism, communication, and respectful treatment of both employees and customers. Shoutout to the employee who let us inside and has to deal with Mindas poor treatment.
