I did drive through, mid morning, for a cup of coffee it took 30 minutes to get one cup of coffee. They are chronically understaffed, I dont eat the food but the coffee is usually ok if they get it right and dont pour it in the middle of the brew which makes it way way way too. Strong.

Word for word “do you know how to use the kiosk? we aren’t allowed to take orders up front” no explanation as to why i cant order at the front register. No customer service at this location, manager looks like she hates herself and is miserable, she had a very bad attitude while not assisting me appropriately.

Should give all zeros stop for a snack and the dude didn’t know how to use a register was super rude I wanted to charge me more for two sauces. This company needs to be trained better and be more better at customer service disappointed.

If you like to go to a restaurant where there is no control and the workers are free to speak like a sailor regardless if they're on break or not, this is the place for you. I understand teenagers will be teenagers but for them to speak like that in front of kids, or anyone in general freely is very disrespectful and unprofessional. What happened? Where's the care? I don't think I've come across a restaurant where this was allowed. On top of that, my friend and I were waiting for our food to come to our table but instead, they were just sitting and talking until I had asked my friend "how long has it been since you orderedthe food? We've been here for a bit now?" Took over 10min with 3-4 people in the main dinning area. The teen finally went and said "sorry, we don't have any trays" with a to-go bag when it was a dine-in order and a number on our table. These kids either need to be taught a lesson, written up for it or something. In my day, you'd get into deep trouble or sent home. Disappointment straight forward.

I visited this mcds this morning and i usually do not go to mcdonald’s especially for breakfast but I did today. So unaware of the mcds $5 breakfast drink requirements i did not know orange juice was an upcharge . I originally ordered apple juice but when at the window i was provided 3 kids apple juices. Mind you these were drinks for adults . I thought the apple juice would come in the cups like orange juice. I asked the worker if i can exchange the kids apple juice boxers for orange juice and i was told by a younger employee that it will probably be an upcharge but she can see what she can do. I can see her manager in the back , either named carolina or elizabeth . She was an older woman , tattoos and wears glasses. I can see her conversating with the younger employee but passive aggressive. employee tells me i can not switch it would have to be an upcharge . No problem, i then asked “ how much is the upcharge “ so i can pay . And she younger employer turned back around asking the manager how much the upcharge was , which must have pissed her off because she started talking aggressive in spanish with the wort body language and even worse , in the mist of her talking all mad she threw something towards my way that it hit the tip of the window , stopping it from coming to my car. I was then asked to drive to the front . another young male brought me my food and i noticed my order was a complete mess. Sanwhiches barely wrapped , only received 2 hash browns when i ordered 3 and even worse , one of the missing hash brown had a paper but no wrapper which i find impossible to mistakenly happen. I think they gave me a empty wrapper on purpose . This time i go inside to let another manager know what happen , they re made my order but by the time i got home, she did not pack my burrito i ordered . Worst visit ever .
