    I always order mobile pick-up and every single time the order isnt ready by the time we arrive. It’s tolerable but I find it annoying that they let people park in the mobile pick-up parking. Why are those cars not being towed or told off?? We had to go through the drive-thru just for a mobile pick-up.

    The employees I interacted with were kind, but I left feeling disappointed by the overall experience. I ordered a zero sugar Caramelizer because I am diabetic and need to be careful about sugar content. The app lists the drink as being made with half and half, but my drink was prepared with chocolate milk, and no customization options were discussed when my order was taken. This left me unsure whether I had received the correct drink. When I returned for a refund, I was confused by the drive thru ordering process and felt my concerns were met with explanations of policy rather than acknowledgment of the situation. The refund was eventually processed, but there was a lot of discussion defending the drink preparation after I had already requested a refund. I appreciate that the staff were polite, but better communication upfront and a more customer focused resolution would have made a big difference. As a new customer, this experience left me hesitant to return.
