I ordered a zero sugar Caramelizer because I am diabetic and need to be careful about sugar content. The app lists the drink as being made with half and half, but my drink was prepared with chocolate milk, and no customization options were discussed when my order was taken. This left me unsure whether I had received the correct drink. When I returned for a refund, I was confused by the drive thru ordering process and felt my concerns were met with explanations of policy rather than acknowledgment of the situation. The refund was eventually processed, but there was a lot of discussion defending the drink preparation after I had already requested a refund. I appreciate that the staff were polite, but better communication upfront and a more customer focused resolution would have made a big difference. As a new customer, this experience left me hesitant to return.

We had a large order, maybe 10-11 drinks. The girl at the front may have been new. She seemed a little nervous or just may have been her personality. I received the 1st 2 drinks and went back to the restaurant to give them to my family while the rest of the order was being made. My daughter called asking if I got my drink because they said it was made and wasn’t there. I said no, I didn’t get it. One of the employee’s was rude, saying she had made it. While she may have made it, it was not given to the correct customer. After paying for a large order there is no reason to try and get over on a drink. After the order was complete, my daughter asked for 2 straws. The girl at the window forcefully gave her a handful of straws. Customer service is so important. An employee can literally make someone’s day or ruin it.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
