  Muy mal experiencia pedí unos tacos y pregunté si tenían la carne me dijo que sí y no tenían pregunto y dijo que estaría lista en unos minutos , podía esperar dije mientras tanto prepárame las otras cosas que quiero. Pero la actitud de la muchacha fue bastante desagradable y al final volví a pedir mi comida y que le faltaba más tiempo dijeron. Pero ya habían apago el fuego de la pot solo no me los quisieron vender. Yo también trabajo en restaurante y si veo a mis muchacho hacer eso con un costumer si le llamaría la atención. Discúlpenme pero los clientes les dan el dinero para sus cheques!! Que mal no vuelvo a ir !

  This Chipotle has terrible customer service. Everyone was so rude and has a mad/irritated look on their face. All young people that would rather be in the back talking to each other, rather than work. By the time I got to the check out I was irritated and ready to leave.

  The food was fresh and delicious, kind and friendly service very generous with portions no measuring and I received my monies worth. I will definitely go back , oh and it was very clean in the establishment.

  I’m posting this review because customers need to start using their voices. What happened at the Chipotle inside the Walmart Supercenter on Riverside Ave in Rialto is exactly why we need to stop accepting poor service and tiny portions when we’re paying full price. The server helping me — either Yadira or Adriana — refused to answer a simple question about the protein bowl. I politely asked how much the carnitas protein bowl cost, and instead of answering, she repeatedly told me to “go ask the cashier.” Why would I leave the line to ask the cashier when I’m already placing my order? She was dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like my questions were an inconvenience. When I continued with my regular order, she served me the smallest portion of carnitas I’ve ever seen at any Chipotle. When I told her that wasn’t the correct portion, she said, “If you want more, you need to pay double.” Then she poured two full servings of pico de gallo without me asking for double, and barely removed any when I told her I didn’t want that. She gave me maybe one‑third of a serving of guacamole — and then I discovered I was charged double guacamole when I got home. This is not the first time this location has served skimpy portions, but this time the attitude was unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, decent portions, and basic courtesy. Franchise owners need to understand that without our patronage, they don’t survive. We are not paying for rations. We are paying for a meal. I’m posting this to raise awareness: speak up, use your voice, and stop accepting poor service. If we don’t hold businesses accountable, nothing will change.
