  I love cava, only had it once and its pretty great. honestly I was just passing through, yesterday. I felt rushed even though I was the only one in line mind you... I was asking questions and the staff (3 of them) were showing obvious signs of like I was bothering them for asking questions. Service at this location needs to be better. Felt like they cared more about the little birthday table for the staff in the lobby taking up a whole table than the actual paying customers keeping up labor so they could be there but whatever. I wouldnt recommend coming to this location.

  If their workers would put more focus doing their job rather than socializing and laughing at the customer's faces , I wouldn't find a nasty hair in my pita. 🤮 Never again

  This was my first time ever at CAVA, and as someone who loves Mediterranean food, I genuinely could not have asked for a better first experience! Jane was absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in. Since I had never been to CAVA before, she took the time to walk me through everything... from the different proteins and toppings to the sauces and all the options for building my bowl. She even shared some of her personal favorites and popular customer choices, which made figuring out my first order so much easier. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and welcoming and never made me feel rushed. Julian, who helped me at the register, was just as kind and informative. The customer service from both of them really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Then, to top off an already amazing first experience, they surprised me by making my meal on the house for my first visit and told me they hoped I enjoyed everything and would come back. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture and really speaks to the level of hospitality at this location. And the food absolutely lived up to the experience! Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, and I loved being able to customize my bowl with so many different Mediterranean flavors and ingredients. Between the delicious food and the exceptional service from Jane and Julian, my first CAVA experience was a 5/5. They definitely turned a first-time customer into a returning one. I'll absolutely be back!

  Food was great! I was helped by an employee named Michelle she was very helpful and informal considering it was my first time trying it, would definitely be going back!

  I ordered pick up via the app. The portion of my bowl was shockingly bad. I just spent $15 on basically a snack. They also forgot part of my order. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.
