Great, polite customer service, but the food was absolutely vile. I ordered the $14 steak and mac—the meat was so burnt and rubbery it was completely unchewable. I had to throw it straight in the trash, and the pasta was just as disgusting. You guys need to get your act together and stop serving people total garbage!

Took like almost 15 minutes to get our food. No one else was waiting. Roast Beef was very chewy and didnt taste good at all. A waste of money. Should have looked at the reviews before we came here instead of our regular Arby's we always go to. This is inside the Pilot. We should have known when the Pizza line was long and no one was at Arby's. Never again at this location

Always love Arby's not only for the nostalgia when I was little getting Arby's the first time with my parents but cause the sandwiches are still delicious in my opinion and I still get the classic roast beef lol

Close this store down ASAP.. Employees jumping around for joy because their fryers are down & they don’t have to work.
