  There is absolutely no customer support in this store. They don't even have a single cashier available, forcing everyone to use self-checkout. This feels like a complete disregard for human interaction and is deeply disrespectful to customers.

  Avoid this location! I went there to pickup an online order , but when I arrived, it wasn't ready because they had no staff available to fulfill it. I waited for 30 minutes, and absolutely no one helped me.When I finally complained to a staff member about the 30-minute delay, the store manager approached me. Instead of apologizing, the manager was extremely rude, aggressive, and hostile. They aggressively told me to stop complaining or leave the store.The manager’s behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never shop at this Vons location again as long as this person is managing the store. Management seriously needs to investigate this behavior

  The afternoon supervisor, Beatriz, was incredibly difficult. I went to ask her if there was anyone available to help in the meat department; she told me she didn't have time because she was dealing with issues, and said I’d have to wait an hour for someone to assist me. Later, at the self-checkout (SCO), two other customers asked her for help, and she rudely told them she couldn't assist them. I know how to use the self-checkout registers, so I ended up helping those two customers myself. And she didn't mind that the other customers heard her shouting. The worst experience.

  I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Beatriz, the supervisor, has consistently come across as rude and unprofessional. As a regular customer at this Vons, I have personally witnessed her speak disrespectfully to customers, mock them, and make accusations that customers are stealing without cause. It is uncomfortable and upsetting to watch customers be treated this way. A supervisor should create a welcoming environment and lead by example, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. It’s disappointing that this behavior has been allowed to continue. I hope corporate takes these concerns seriously and works toward providing a more respectful and positive experience for customers and for our community.
