  I want to express my sincerest appreciation and give the highest possible recognition to the incredible team at Vons at Victory Boulevard and Tampa Avenue, serving the Reseda, Tarzana, and greater San Fernando Valley communities! This store is an outstanding example of what customer service, teamwork, professionalism, and community dedication should look like. Every visit reminds me that the people working behind the scenes are what truly make a business special. Whether you are a regular shopper, a delivery driver, a busy parent, a senior citizen, a visitor, or someone traveling through Southern California, you deserve to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect—and this team deserves tremendous credit for delivering that experience. A special shoutout to Dan, Mimi, Mahrokh, Eladio (the supervisor), Maria B., Carlos, and every other current or former employee who has contributed to making this location such a wonderful place. Each person deserves recognition for the work they do, the customers they help, and the positive impression they leave on the community. I sincerely hope management and corporate leadership recognize the dedication of these employees because their efforts represent the very best of the Vons and Albertsons family of grocery stores Mahrokh deserves my highest personal commendation for going above and beyond! As a delivery driver, I found myself dealing with the stressful situation of trying to locate a misplaced receipt. Rather than making me feel like an inconvenience, Mahrokh took the time to help me work through the issue with patience, understanding, professionalism, and genuine concern. Her willingness to assist me made a meaningful difference, and I am incredibly grateful for the effort she put into helping resolve the situation. She demonstrated exactly what outstanding customer service looks like: taking ownership of a problem, treating someone with compassion, and making the extra effort even when it would have been easier to move on. Employees like Mahrokh are invaluable, and I sincerely hope her dedication receives the recognition and appreciation it deserves. I also want to commend Eladio, the supervisor, along with Dan, Mimi, Maria B., Carlos, and the rest of the team for their contributions to a welcoming, organized, and customer-focused shopping environment. Great & exceptional employees do far more than stock shelves or complete transactions; they help people navigate everyday challenges, save time, resolve concerns, and leave the store feeling appreciated. Their combined efforts help establish trust with the people who depend on this location, and that is something worth celebrating. Beyond its excellent employees, this Vons offers an impressive variety of products and services to meet the needs of different households, lifestyles, and occasions. The floral department is a wonderful resource for flowers, celebrations, and thoughtful gifts; the bakery provides convenient options for desserts, breads, and special occasions; the deli offers prepared foods and convenient meal choices; and the butcher and meat department provide additional options for everyday cooking and family meals. Having these departments under one roof makes grocery shopping more convenient and helps customers find what they need without visiting several different businesses. The store's online ordering, pickup, and Shop & Deliver services are also particularly valuable. As a delivery driver, I appreciate the importance of a reliable grocery operation that supports both customers placing online orders and the workers fulfilling them. Multiple designated pickup locations help accommodate the needs of customers and delivery personnel, while a well-organized layout can make the shopping and collection process more efficient. These services are especially beneficial for busy families, individuals with limited time, older adults, and people who depend on grocery delivery for their daily necessities.   Самый ужасный супермаркет из всех которых я был купил у них крабовые ноги пришёл домой отдал 51 $ за них пришёл домой отворили в итоге такой отвратительный запах у них пошёл они были протухшие у меня жена вырвало никому не советую заходить в этот магазин Сразу же обратно вернулся в этот магазин сделал возврат персонал тоже неприятный максимально супервайзер не извинился ничего как будто это так и должно быть как будто это у них как правило вещей протухший продукты продавать людям и это недёшево один Pound стоит 18 $ это ужасно просто
