Third time having to track someone down in the store to confirm the shopping had been finished and because no one picks up the phone. After asking two employees to help me (one of which I’m sure is the manager) with my pick up, one of them said “oh ok” then walked away and disappeared. I figured maybe he was getting someone. Stood there 20 minutes until finally another employee approached me to help that was taking an order out. She then told me they found it and they’ll grab it. Went out to my car to wait - another 15 minutes go buy and I see my status change to “complete” so I walk into the store and my cart was just sitting there next to self check out. I understand you get busy I’ve worked in retail my whole life. The lack of urgency and just being plain helpful was not there. It took me a total of 45 minutes of of just waiting for my pick up order. Completely takes away the point of a pick up order.

Fried chicken is pretty much supposed to be salty but this batch i got today was EXTREMELY SALTY. I dont want to go back and complain so i thought to say it here in hopes the manager reads this
