The manger said they will "honor" but the tone on how they said was rude and disrespectful making it seem like it was my fault knowing they could've just made a mistake and own up to it. The worst part was they kept trying to connect me to the person who picked up my order, who I have no correlation of just plain rude if you ask me. Own up to your mistakes and don't make it seem like its the customers fault.
