- TWTony Watson1 day ago2.0Store closes at 12:00am arrive at 11:20 north side doors locked walk over to other side employee standing on the other side of the entrance door locking it. I made eye contact no smile, no waving me in the other door just a blank stare. Locking the doors down almost an hour before closing time is wild. Help me support local business :-( went home ordered online and got all my items delivered next day from competitor before I woke up!

We end up feeling bad for the staff and leave feeling vaguely depressed. This seems like another instance of big business cutting corners to boost profits. Would like to see more staffing after 8pm.

Then wait fifteen minutes to wait for a manager that didn't even care .I'll go to menlo park Safeway for now on. Sequoia station is a very dangerous place to shop . Has gone down hill for a while it's turned into a third world country to shop in .

Cashier couldn't help me so I went to customer service. No one there, waited over 5 minutes to get my refund. You may say it's only a dollar, but how many other people are getting overcharged? Groceries are expensive enough, but to not change the price in the computer is criminal. I will not be back.
