- MGMichael GlazerAug 24, 20262.0High crime area so now they have armed guards. With their new entrance gate, grab a cart before you enter because they have a one way gate. I had half my shopping done and left my cart near the hallway to the restroom. I had to use the restroom and asked the guard for the bathroom door lock code...I came back just a few minutes later and my cart and my shopping list and food were gone. I asked the guard what happened to my cart and he said, " people take food into the bathroom and eat." I said, "you just saw me put my cart here and I asked you for the door code and you knew I was empty handed.". He just shrugged his shoulders. That was wrong. I had to exit the store to get a new cart and restart my shopping! As a result, I won't be shopoing this store any longer.

I ordered nashville style chicken tenders and it was not spicy with marination. They put the regular tenders in a hot sauce and it was warming up. Thats why i ate the tenders in a hard way and they were like stones while chewing.

The managers and staff don’t seem to have a clue of what they are doing. They don’t help customers at alls. Instead they ignore you because they either don’t know where products are or they don’t speak no English at all. I have yet to have a pleasant experience here and especially through their remodeling which is taking forever to say the least. I recommend going to the Safeway store every where else besides this store. The level of incompetence is to real.
