I came in wanting to buy balloons and have them inflated, but no one was able to help me because there was nobody available to inflate them, and the person responsible was on lunch break. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I wasted my time and left very frustrated. I definitely won’t be coming back. Terrible experience.

I have been customer for this store since 2001 and most of the people there specially in the morning shift is nice, but in the evening and night I have experienced bad customer service.
