  Besides the fact that they serve HALF the amounts of other local locations (I had to keep asking for more rice/more beans/etc just to get a normal sized meal)….-> On bogo days, they charge your guac as a separate item (as a side, not as a guac on your meal), so you still get charged for guac, even with bogo. They apologize and blame the system, smiling and lying to your face. 🤮 (The other local location charges guac normally (per entree) during bogos so you just pay for one entree/one guac, not two guacs. I have 2 receipts i can compare side by side. Plus, my fam has chipotle managers.🙄) Look, I can afford it, so I didn’t argue. It’s the blatant dishonesty while smiling and acting helpless that was an ick. Really not a fan of lying to customers. (Won’t be giving any further business to this one, but staying a loyal fan of the other local one ❤️)

  I like this chipotle the best. There is always a place to park, everyone is friendly, the food is great, its clean, the mgr is a very friendly guy, they are open till 11pm. Also i like the freebees they send me now and then in their app. I give 5 stars.

  Ordered 2 bowls with Steak. The steak, fajita vegetables and even the guacamole we ordered on the side very extremely salty. I often buy from Chipotle from the San Carlos store (literally across the highway from this one), so I am very familiar with amounts and portions. Here, you receive less of everything! protein and lettuce alike!

  If you’re looking to do a study on Shrinkflation at Chipotle locations, this one should be highlighted as the most stingy location in California. I got probably 2oz of barbacoa (conservatively) in my bowl - and it wasn’t a half/half situation. Not worth the money at all. You’ll get a much better deal at Panda Express. I’m not sure why Chipotle doesn’t just use a scale that is visible to the customer and shows how many ounces or grams someone is receiving of a carb, protein, or vegetable.

  3 simple issues that Chipotle chose not to improve or offer any value. #1 my online gift card was not honored at this Chipotle, #2 a separate physical gift card (card) was not honored. #3 a free side of guacamole with $5 minimum order was also not honored. I checked the balances of both gift cards before presenting them to make sure they had balances on them. To be told there is no balance on them by a Chipotle employee = Chiptole doesn't deserve my business in fact other Mexican restaurants in the area actually provide good services
