  Ordered 2 bowls with Steak. The steak, fajita vegetables and even the guacamole we ordered on the side very extremely salty. I often buy from Chipotle from the San Carlos store (literally across the highway from this one), so I am very familiar with amounts and portions. Here, you receive less of everything! protein and lettuce alike!

  If you’re looking to do a study on Shrinkflation at Chipotle locations, this one should be highlighted as the most stingy location in California. I got probably 2oz of barbacoa (conservatively) in my bowl - and it wasn’t a half/half situation. Not worth the money at all. You’ll get a much better deal at Panda Express. I’m not sure why Chipotle doesn’t just use a scale that is visible to the customer and shows how many ounces or grams someone is receiving of a carb, protein, or vegetable.

  3 simple issues that Chipotle chose not to improve or offer any value. #1 my online gift card was not honored at this Chipotle, #2 a separate physical gift card (card) was not honored. #3 a free side of guacamole with $5 minimum order was also not honored. I checked the balances of both gift cards before presenting them to make sure they had balances on them. To be told there is no balance on them by a Chipotle employee = Chiptole doesn't deserve my business in fact other Mexican restaurants in the area actually provide good services

  Apparently this has been an ongoing issue for at least 6 months! I want to echo the experiences shared by Angel Cuevas and Julia Belin. The same employee they mentioned assisted me today, and unfortunately the experience was just as disappointing. While ordering a vegetarian bowl, I asked if it came with guacamole and was told yes. Naturally, I assumed it would be included. When I got home, there was no guacamole. I returned to the store and asked again if the vegetarian bowl comes with guacamole. She confirmed it does, so I asked if I could get mine. Instead of a simple apology or correction, she scooped guacamole into a container, tossed it on the counter, and told me I needed to ask for it. No accountability, no courtesy, just attitude. If guacamole needs to be explicitly requested, that should be communicated upfront and not after a customer has already made a second trip. Management needs to take these reviews seriously. Bad service on top of mediocre food is simply not worth the trip

  Came Friday around 1pm for lunch. I ordered a Carnitas Bowl with Guacamole. It's a huge portion as one expected from Chipotle. Service was quick and friendly. Seating area is smaller than other locations but well attended and fast turn around. For $15.60, it's a great deal for a delicious lunch with balanced nutrition.
