  I’m very happy to have a Vons right around the corner with such a friendly and helpful staff. The checkers always talk to you and make you feel welcome, and the manager always greets people with a smile and says hello. One day I couldn’t find something I needed, and a staff member came right up and helped me find it. The store always has a great atmosphere, and I really appreciate the kindness and service there.

  This joke of a "grocery" needs to immediately be shuttered ..actually raze and tear the building down! It's quite possibly the worst market in the entire country.. It should be closed just like the Von's on Sepulveda and National. Both pitholes, ie. (1) Miserable, lazy employees (2) No one is ever at the deli counter, esp. at dinner time. (3) No management anywhere to be found to complain. If you do find an acting manager, he/she is exactly that.."acting" , trying to just collect a check but zero solutions. (4) All the checkers are always busy standing around doing nothing to open a register. The Self Checkouts rarely work and lucky if there is one available. (5) Their food is so horrible, get diarrhea half the time from their deli, but the store is walking distance to my house. Literally, that's all its gone going for it...if you're desperate and do not have a car . I have 2 cars and never ever stepping foot in here again It's a joke I've lived here 20 years and just gone downhill. Too bad they closed the Bristol Farms, a classy and clean well run store. I choose to shop miles away and should know better to pop in here even for emergencies. Open a Whole Foods or maybe Bezos can reopen as Amazon Fresh

  One checkout open, Two self checkout with issues with no help. Two employees standing at the front grabbing. I'll go to Ralph's or Smart and Final the next time.

  This is absolutely the worst staff for any VONS I've ever been to.... and I've been going for 35 years..... Cashiers refuse to activate self checkout and move in slow motion.... WAIT TIMES ARE HUGE !!!.... All customers are rolling their eyes and shaking their heads.... Cashiers actually laugh at the suckers who wait.... The entire staff especially manager needs to be fired and replaced ASAP....
