  Atmosphere, food, service. Felt like movie star attention, thank you, RJ our waiter was knowledgeable and fun, even the manager on duty visited us!

  We stopped in for Happy Hour. Service was excellent! Pricing was decent with a variety of reduced cost drinks and bites. We ordered beer and cocktails, shrimp, crab artichoke dip and sliders. All food was fresh tasting and very good! The manager stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was good. He spent a few minutes with us discussing basketball (we were watching in the bar) and football which made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for Happy Hour!

  Our server Isaias was excellent. Very attentive and professional. Really made the experience feel 5 star. The management was professional and friendly. Seating us in one of the best seats in the house. Being our first experience at Kincaid's, it was above and beyond our expectations. The food was amazing. Compliments to the chefs. We look forward to coming back to the Redondo Beach location

  Came to have a wonderful meal with my family for Easter. Did not go as expected. Went once and never again! Besides being over priced, the food was over cooked! The other tables kids had 2 drinks, my daughter's had to ask for their refills. There was kids above us throwing things. I had the worst restaurant experience here. Reminded me of outback. Thankfully my beautiful family was there to cheer me up! Tony's on the pier is much better! I also enjoy The Shrimp Lover very much! I know good food when I see it and taste it! I don't mind paying for quality. I guess this is where tasteless people go

  We waited 25 minutes for a table and waited another 2 hours for our plates to arrive if we didn’t order appetizers we would’ve been starved. When our plates arrived they got one of our plates wrong and then told us they no longer had the meat in service in the kitchen. We waited another 20 minutes for the plate to arrive. Very inconsistent and inconsiderate of people’s wait and I saw other tables receive their plates before us. The fries weren’t the best, oysters weren’t the best, the calamari was bits of the bottom of the bag literally. I give the food a 3/5 the only thing great about this restaurant is their location. I wouldn’t come back here other coastal restaurants are better. I’ve never waited 2 hours for my plate to arrive for the kind of quality that they served. Save your time, dine elsewhere.
