  I loved Kincaid's at Redondo Beach and chose it for my birthday dinner. Herman and all the staff, Jesse, Emilio, made my special event so memorable-- Herman oversaw everything from the call booking my reservation to the moment I arrived; the wait staff worked so hard -2 tables of 12- and the food was excellent, and my guests said everything was wonderful. I planned the time of reservation to capture the sunset which was amazing to view through the windows overlooking the pier. The location holds good childhood memories for me and my family. And Kincaid's staff is helping create great new ones!!

  Thank you to Joe for giving my mom and her friends great service when they were in town to visit! My mom has a shellfish allergy and he was very mindful of that during the entire meal

  So, please let me start by commenting on the impeccable service here. I've been to my share of restaurants and what stand out and is important to me is the ambiance and service and most importantly, how well the servers know their menu and can answer questions pertaining to flavor profile and preparation... I have had pretty much everything on the menu and not had a bad meal here. The back of the house gets it right 100% of the time. The front of the house is always on point from the moment you walk in. The service is impressive and yes, I do have my favorites. There have been many years of my seeing these lovely personalities come and go, some getting promoted and the stars in my opinion are Pamela, Chris and Herman. Through the years I have watched them pave their way to well deserved success and recognition. They have a polished sense of je-ne-sai-quoi yet remain grounded, while keeping their beautiful and delightful sense of humor! I love this place, I love the food and I personally love the people at heart of this restaurant, that makes coming back here an absolute pleasure. Thank you for making my experience here so special.   Thanks to Pamela our server she was Amazing she helped me out on some favorite menu items thanks to her advice I enjoyed my Birthday dinner she’s such a sweetie, can’t wait yo go back

  We arrived here today at 4:14 PM and put our names down for dinner. The young women—who were unfriendly from the start—told us there would be a 30-minute wait. They didn't call us until 4:57 PM, but before that, we went to ask about the delay since the 30 minutes had already passed; the girl gave us a sideways glance and said there was a table ahead of ours. Yet, when we first signed up for a table, there had been only three people waiting. It seems some restaurants judge people based on their clothing, perhaps assuming you can't afford the bill—that’s certainly the impression the girls there gave us through their looks and service. But I don't think it should matter whether you're wearing a suit or casual clothes; the only thing that matters is being able to pay. On previous visits, we were dressed very formally and served quickly, but today was a bad experience at this place.
