Horrible customer service these employees don’t know what good customer service is even if they got smacked in the face with it. Off the bat wasn’t greeted and upon the first conversation they were so rude and had thee worst attitudes. Baskin Robins you need to do more vetting before hiring unprofessional staff that make a local shop unwanted in its own neighborhood.

I ordered a kids-size ice cream online for $5.55, and when I picked it up, it was served in what looks like a tiny plastic salsa/condiment container. I have ordered kids-size ice cream from other Baskin-Robbins locations before and have never received anything like this. I tried calling the store, but nobody answered, so I had to drive all the way back. What made the experience worse was the customer service. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to make things right. The employee simply told me there was no refund and basically that this is what their location serves. I asked to pay the small difference for a regular scoop, and another employee charged me about 40 cents more and gave me the scoop. So for roughly 40 cents more, the difference in what you receive is ridiculous. The employee I originally spoke with also had AirPods in both ears while I was trying to address the problem, which felt very unprofessional and dismissive. If this tiny container is truly this location’s kids-size portion, customers should be made aware of that before paying $5.55 online. Between the portion, the lack of communication, and the poor customer service, I will not return to this location.

We walked over to the freezer section simply to look at what they had and see if there was anything new. We weren’t even there to buy a cake. The employee immediately came over and stood right by us, which felt like we were being watched or suspected of stealing. The freezers are locked, so if we needed help, we obviously would have asked. Then, while ordering, we were told, “Two samples only per person.” There wasn’t any sign posted saying that, so it felt unnecessary and honestly added to the feeling that we were being watched and treated suspiciously. What really bothered me was when we ordered my son’s ice cream. Instead of handing it to him like you normally would at an ice cream shop, the employee put it back into the freezer. At that point, I was just thinking, seriously? Were we being treated like we were going to walk out with a cup of ice cream? Then we were told they didn’t accept coupons, which was another surprise. Overall, the entire interaction felt uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. It wasn’t about being told a policy, we completely understand that businesses have rules. It was the way everything was handled and the attitude we received that made the experience unpleasant. We ended up leaving, and I definitely won’t be returning to this particular location. It’s an ice cream shop, there’s no reason a simple visit with my son should leave us feeling like we were being treated as if we were doing something wrong.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
