The young male employee named (JACOB), who handed me my food at 04:34 PM, was very rude, unprofessional, and made me cry. When I was handed my food before I left the drive-through, my children noticed that the fries were cold. I circled back in the drive-thru. I had my teenager and newborn in the car and didn't want to leave them in the heat. I waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru. I told the man who answered the intercom that my fries were cold. He said, " I am so sorry. Please pull up to the last window. When I pulled up, Jacob was at the window. I said, "My fries are cold". He said, " I don't know what you're talking about. If you want new fries, park the car." He rolled his eyes at me. I parked the car and pulled down all the windows for my kiddos with the air conditioner. When I went inside, Jacob screamed, " SOME LADY SAID HER FRIES WERE COLD. I AM SURE I HANDED THEM TO HER 15 min ago. I told him that his confrontation is unprofessional; he would not back down, and the shift manager had to tell him to stop. My food was remade, but I never ate it because I was so upset. I cried all the way home with my kids in the back of the car, who just lost their Dad. This is usually my go-to McDonald's spot.

Literally been in the drive thru line for 17 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Don’t recommend coming here on a lunch break you can expect to be back late at at the rate they are moving. What’s astonishing is they are counting to take orders at the speed of light with 0 warning in a wait time. For sure won’t be returning here, will also be calling about a refund since I paid via the app. Shouldn’t take 30 plus minutes for 4 nuggets and a drink

Fish fillet was bland but bacon quarter pounder with cheese was good and crispy chicken sandwich was good. The thing that give the 1 star is about the way customers were treated. A group of paying young kids sat down being normal kids eating and gossiping when one of the kids put in their charger to charge their phone in an outlet made for the use by customers. The male manager yelled at the young kid about middle school age to get the phone charger out of the outlet. The kid said "my phone is dead though I need to charge it" the manager yelled "not my problem get the charger out or I am calling the cops now." The kid listened and he told them to leave despite them paying for food and drinks. Me being a mother and buying meals for my own family and having my own father there with me we were appalled at the way the kids were treated. As a mother that kid had every right to charge his phone and the group of kids had every right to stay and eat their food because they were not causing any trouble at all. To think that manager could treat the kids like low class citizens is absolutely unacceptable and I would never go there and support this McDonald's if they believe it is okay to treat children that way let alone anyone else that are doing no harm.

The employee wasn’t taking orders through the drive thru intercom and was only taking orders in the left lane , so we assumed we were supposed to wait in line. We sat in the drive thru for about 45 minutes before even reaching the pickup window. When we finally got there and politely explained that no one had taken our order through the speaker, the employee responded with a smirk and refused to let us order 1 fry we wanted, even though we were willing to pay for it. Instead of helping us after such a long wait, she told us to pull forward and leave. We remained respectful throughout the entire interaction, but after waiting nearly an hour, we were disappointed by the lack of customer service and professionalism. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location and would not recommend it to others. Date July 26 10:30pm- 11:20pm.
