  So first of all when we got to the counter we were waiting to give our order. After waiting a bit the lady came over and stood there without saying a word. So I asked her if we can order and she nod her head. We ordered the Grilled cheese birria, a birria wrap that looked like Taco Bell’s crunch wrap, $5 fries Some Horchata. It cost $55!!!!! When we got our food I seen the fries was half empty and hard. I asked her is that all the fries we get for $5 and I showed her the picture on the menu where the they look fresh and full and she said no the how they come. Wow!! My daughter said that The grilled cheese was ok. My birria wrap needed more flavor and was squishy and falling apart. The Horchata taste a little water down. With all the options at the market I don’t think I will eat there again. The area and the atmosphere is nice because it’s inside the new Redlands market area and there is some entertainment provided by the market.

  Tried it for the first time today and was not disappointed at all! 10/10 birria tacos. Ordering through the app for pickup was very easy as well!

  Kiosk ordering was a mess. Staff added onions to my meatless fries (not listed), refused to fix it and wanted to argue, and above all were extremely rude and slow. The staff member continually reminded me it was my fault-took an additional 30 mins to fix their mistake. She then last minute took away my sauces that had been sitting on the plate for about 45 mins now and refused to put my guac on the new bowl. Not worth it.

  Really bad and unprofessional service. I tried calling first, but the phone number didn’t work. So I placed my order online, and it said it would be ready at 6:02 PM. I arrived at 6:06 PM, and it was already difficult to find the location. I had to look online again just to figure out exactly where it was. When I finally went inside, I was told the order wasn’t ready. I kept waiting, and by 6:30 PM my order still wasn’t ready. For my first time coming here, this was a very bad experience. Poor communication, no working phone line, and a long wait past the promised pickup time made this extremely frustrating and disappointing..

  You'll find Fred's Red Tacos among the eateries at The Riverside Food Lab. There are a number of options to choose from but if you like birria, then you gotta check out Fred's! It was my first time trying their Original Quesatacos which they describe as 3 cheesy red birria tacos fried to a perfect crisp and prepped with Serrano sauce and pickled onion. It came highly recommended and it did not disappoint...so good! I also washed down my meal with one of their refreshing agua frescas. I was only able to try one item off their Birria Creations menu, but I def want to come back and try more!
