  Kiosk ordering was a mess. Staff added onions to my meatless fries (not listed), refused to fix it and wanted to argue, and above all were extremely rude and slow. The staff member continually reminded me it was my fault-took an additional 30 mins to fix their mistake. She then last minute took away my sauces that had been sitting on the plate for about 45 mins now and refused to put my guac on the new bowl. Not worth it.

  Really bad and unprofessional service. I tried calling first, but the phone number didn’t work. So I placed my order online, and it said it would be ready at 6:02 PM. I arrived at 6:06 PM, and it was already difficult to find the location. I had to look online again just to figure out exactly where it was. When I finally went inside, I was told the order wasn’t ready. I kept waiting, and by 6:30 PM my order still wasn’t ready. For my first time coming here, this was a very bad experience. Poor communication, no working phone line, and a long wait past the promised pickup time made this extremely frustrating and disappointing..

  You'll find Fred's Red Tacos among the eateries at The Riverside Food Lab. There are a number of options to choose from but if you like birria, then you gotta check out Fred's! It was my first time trying their Original Quesatacos which they describe as 3 cheesy red birria tacos fried to a perfect crisp and prepped with Serrano sauce and pickled onion. It came highly recommended and it did not disappoint...so good! I also washed down my meal with one of their refreshing agua frescas. I was only able to try one item off their Birria Creations menu, but I def want to come back and try more!

  These are the best birria tacos I have ever had. I can’t wait to bring my sisters back with me. I found this place through TikTok. The girl helping me was so nice, even covered my plate of food with foil. It stayed safe on the car ride. I think the foil should replace the plastic cover altogether because of how warm my food stayed for a 10 minute drive
