  Had to try this restaurant after seeing them frequently in the San Bernardino area. Easy to order using the kiosk. Service was quick and food was hot. Chicken and the sides were good. I got the four piece meal with two sides. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

  I give them no stars I’m seriously very disappointed and I know I shouldn’t be coming back though it’s not me who likes to eat from here my husband does he still keeps wanting and I’m like no they never do the orders right and when ever I try to call they never answer there phone and to go back it’s very annoying i mean gas as it is pricey so when I go back and order I let them know on how they didn’t add this and that and they give attitude I’m like put yourself in my shoes if you go and order your meal and drive home and get there and have your order missing items how will you feel and it’s not like it’s free I pay for my meal and it’s pretty pricey as well I always say if it was free I have no complaints but I pay for my meals what really upset me is how they make you feel as if I’m just wanting free food I’m like it’s the principle of it all by having the order made to correction and nope NO ALWAYS HAVING SOMETHING MISSING and I know how all will ask why don’t I check my bags yes I understand but why should I do there job when they should and need to make sure my order is all in the bag there getting paid for that and when I pick up my order the bag always taped down and for the cars behind have no patience so it’s a damn if I do and damn if I do anywho I’m just so tired on how this place always trying to do there job by being fast but always making mistakes if you feel to be in a fast mode please make sure you be in a check list mode and making sure all the order is in the bag

  It’s my second going to this location and both times it was horrible. I have no idea what they are adding into the rice but this time i thought i was going to throw up. It’s so bad to the point where i have to just throw it in the trash and not have lunch. Definitely wont be going back anymore.

  Every time I’ve visited the El Pollo Loco in Redlands, the tables have been filthy. The staff routinely excuses this by saying they’re busy, but busyness isn’t an excuse for poor hygiene. Nobody wants to sit at a dirty table, and the lack of sanitation poses a genuine health risk given the diverse range of patrons using the space. After multiple visits with no improvement, I tried speaking up. When I asked for table cleaner, the employee offered to handle it, but I voiced my frustration loudly because this is a recurring issue. I considered contacting corporate, but if management cared about cleanliness, this wouldn’t be a constant problem. I have since stopped going to the Redlands location and now visit a much cleaner branch instead. Why eat at a restaurant where you have constantly debate cleanness.
