    Friday 9/25/26 @12: 30ish Waited in line HALF AN HOUR to get ONE drink. My phone was dead & charging. I had my 4 month baby in the back beginning to get fussy. I pull up to pay at the window, my total was $6.05. I had 6 dollars exact & I found 3 pennies in the truck. I handed my money to the man at the window, Steve, & he then pulls the drink back & says im short 2 pennies. I told him im sorry that's all I have. He sets the drink down & said I have to pay in full, that he can't give me a discount on coffee cause then he has to give everyone a discount. I said it's only two cents? He said no cause then they will be short. I said that's all I have, he said I can't give you the drink then. So I asked to speak to the supervisor, he said they don't have one. I asked to speak to the manager, he said they don't have one either. He said he is the team lead & he's the one in charge right now & that he is not okay with being short 2 pennies. I asked to get the district manager's phone# or someone of higher status, he said he doesn't have it, I asked for CORPORATES PHONE #, he said he doesn't have it. I told him I'm not leaving until I get someone's phone number, he catches an attitude & grabs a cup & takes his sweet sweet time returning back, my baby girl is now super fussy in the back. He writes an email on the cup & tells me here as an email you can write the complaint to & he backs away from the window. I am never going to a Dutch bros ever again. They would rather lose $6.03 & a loyal customer than to lose 2 cents?! My baby has been up all night this week, so I was really counting on that drink to keep me going! I broke out in tears crying in anger while I drove away to park in the shopping center to console my crying baby. Shame on you

    The wait was to long especially when you preorder. The music is loud and the service is always slow. I was late for work and don’t want to come back because of the very slow service.

    I was having a good time didn’t mind waiting for my Dutch Bros until I started waiting 30 minutes and I asked the worker and he was really rude and I told I was waiting and he told me I wasn’t waiting that long. Mason was very rude, but I finally got my drink after 30 minutes

    Masson has terrible customer service in drive-through gave us a vary bad experience and also bad customer service! Unprofessional and and also may need more training

    7/31 9:16 pm the girl at the window was very rude , no greeting or nothing she snatched the money and then rudely handed the drinks to my bf and they almost fell . Very unprofessional
