  usually have a good, fast experience here but they were out of my reward item :/ how are you going to be out of an item a whole hour before you close? also couldn't use the bathroom because they ran out of toilet paper... okay. terrible 🫩

  Today at 845 or so I walked in to order my food and I asked the lady for extra rice and she didn’t. I was giving her the rest of my order and she seemed so annoyed. My food protons for asking for extra was basic portions so essentially I paid more for a regular portion and on top of that a meat from the scoop fell on the little table where they slide the food and she just threw it in my plate! and when I finished ordering she passed me off to another lady and when she charged me I said “ok thank you” and looked at her for a response she just walked away to do something else. The atmosphere and the vibe was horrible it was the worst’s fast food experience! Everyone seemed to hate their job and life.

  To Management, I am writing to report a serious incident of racial discrimination I experienced at your Mountain Grove, Redlands location I was served by a white female employee. She seem to be around 30–40 years old, and it’s seem like she’s the one in charge. The lady treated me with clear hostility. When I politely asked for extra steak, she gave me an intimidating stare-down and sighed loudly before adding an extra charge. Furthermore, when I paid with $20 bills, she proceeded to check them for authenticity in an insulting manner that she did not extend to other customers. This behavior is discriminatory and unacceptable. I expect a formal investigation into this employee’s conduct and a prompt response regarding the actions taken to address this issue.
