It’s refreshing to find a place that makes healthy eating both satisfying and flavorful. What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. The server was genuinely warm, friendly, patient, and welcoming. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel appreciated as a first-time customer, and provided the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Great customer service like this is hard to find and deserves recognition! The only small thing I wanted to mention is that I ordered through the app as a first-time customer because I thought there was a $5 off promotion for first-time orders. I don’t think the discount was applied, so I may have misunderstood how it works. It wasn’t a big deal and certainly didn’t take away from my overall experience, but I thought I’d mention it in case it helps other first-time customers or if there’s something that could be clarified. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Fresh food, generous portions, and exceptional customer service—I will definitely be back and highly recommend Bite Better to anyone looking for a delicious, healthy meal!
