My name is Donald. I’ve left a 5 start review before about the pharmacy regarding the smooth and seamless transition from the Rite Aid pharmacy. Well, they’ve gone above and beyond again! Thank you Tammy for INCREDIBLE customer service!🔥💯 You are a life saver!

Great selection of fresh produce and a friendly staff that always makes shopping here enjoyable! I love their bakery; the pastries are always a treat. Prices are reasonable too, making it my go-to grocery store.

This is a review of two of the associates that works at the store. Ms.Nicole is so sweet and nice everytime she is my cashier, she is always with a smile and makes conversation with you. Compared to one of my visits a few days ago on Tuesday 14th in the evening. I had one cashier that was so rude to me, she was older and my card was giving me issues. I do not know her name but she made me feel like less than and made very rude comments while I tried making my purchase. I understand being a cashier can be stressful but i was already very stressed with my card failing and her comments did not help. Again this review is more for Ms.Nicole and her good customer service she gives!

Albertsons Redlands, Ca - Repeated Overcharges and Checkout Chaos Shopping at Albertsons is absurd. I regularly experience pricing issues at checkout at this location. In my experience, items scan higher than the shelf price on a large percentage of my visits, and I often have to call an employee--or multiple employees--over to correct it. While staff usually fix the issue when I point it out, it adds significant time and frustration to what should be a quick trip. - Once, 5 employees could not get the prices right on 5 items. I was about to start crying when an employee said, "Don't cry, you can have your items for free." - Two employees said I have a problem every time I shop. Not sure why they blame me for Albertson's frailties. - Another employee told me, "Albertsons hires people who don't know how to use a broom." I recommend customers triple-check prices at checkout to make sure they’re being charged correctly. And definitely evoke Albertson's PRICE GUARANTEE: If the scanned item is $4.99 or less, and doesn't scan correctly (with your Just4You loaded coupon, shelf price mix-ups or whatever reasons) you get the item for free. If the scanned item is $5.00 or more, and scans incorrectly (you don't even need to pay first, it's the scan that counts) you can pay the correct price for the item, and get a free $5.00 gift card. I estimate I've had 80 pricing hassles over the past 1.5 years. I use the self-checkout frequently. Often the prices on the screen and what the voice-over lady in the machine says audibly aren't even the correct price I'm paying for the item. I have to wait until I've paid and get a chance to look at the receipt. I had to train myself to do all this in store so I wouldn't keep having to make trips back to correct Albertsons mistakes. If you're a momma shopping for a family, or buy more than $10-$25 each trip, watch out. If the prices are scanning incorrectly so often for one person, there's no reason why they wouldn't be for anyone else. I just catch them because I'm drawn that way. And I purposefully shop for fewer items per trip. Vons closed because the Kroger-Albertsons merger fell through and now the brand has to cut costs. Albertsons is one of the largest food and drug retailers in the United States. It's 2026. There's no good business reason on Earth why their pricing errors are chronic.
