  I have not been to Taco Bell in years, however I recently went in to buy my kiddos lunch. I must say the entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Raymond was exceptional! Kind and friendly to the guests and his employees! Thank you Raymond for your remarkable customer care. I love it. Since then I have downloaded your app and will definitely be stopping in more often for Taco Bell. Thank you.

  This establishment has become a good Taco Bell to visit. Clean inside, nice customer service, employees seem good. Recommend dining in. I think they have some power plugs at the sitting bar, too.

  I went to pick up a DoorDash order thru the drive thru and it was my first time picking up from this location , I was told on the speaker to turn around which they don’t know it’s a one way once I get off the drive thru. I work also at a fast food , I know about the speed but if the order is ready why just don’t you hand it to me from the window? I don’t see what’s the problem since you guys hand out DoorDash order at night from the window of your drive thru!!! Anyway I told the girl who’s talking to me on the speaker if she could hand it to me this time because I can’t back up there was a car behind me and she said her manager said NO WITH A RUDE TONE , I asked her is it because it’s not ready? If so I understand about you guys speed but clearly your employees don’t know anything about customer service or being polite, so when I asked she only said that the manager told her no her name is Ayrin or I didn’t quite herd her name when I asked her about it , I saw her rolling her eyes because I asked her about her name ,she’s a tiny white girl . They made me ask the customer behind me to back up so I could do so . The problem when I got inside the lobby, the order was just sitting there on the table instead of just hand it to me thru the window food was cold by the way. Bad customer service, you guys literally need to train your employees much better. This all happened April 14 around 6-7 pm.

  Staff were great and helpful. Had a very disturbed customer come in after and they were professional even with the guy swearing and threatening them. He left, staff checked on us and everything was good.

  Ordered three spicy potato tacos and got three bean tacos without potatoes or spicy sauce.
