  This has got to be the worst taco bell in town i always have missing items. And I found out the taco bell over by target is cheaper and better food

  the staff are friendly and acknowledge and abide by special modifications to food items. even when they're busy they bust out orders quickly and accurately. i've been coming here since they opened and i'm never disappointed!

  DISGUSTING customer service. It’s remarkable how many mistakes were made with our food order and how poor the response was from the staff here. They were passive aggressive and didn’t apologise to us despite it taking an hour to finally receive the correct food. My daughter was in tears as she was so hungry and stressed by the repeated errors. I also agree with a previous reviewer who mentioned that it feels like a prison, both in terms of the staff and the building.

  HORRENDOUS! We’ve used the other Taco Bell in town without issue but we had the WORST experience here. We ordered for six of us and five of the six orders were wrong with missing or incorrect items. We spent over an hour trying to get the correct food and not once did anybody apologise to us including the manager. One of my daughters was in tears with the repeated errors and the hour long wait for the correct food. The staff just looked like they were inconvenienced by us trying to get what we ordered. At one point, we asked if we could just be refunded instead but they said that this had to be done through the mobile app. It’s not clear how to do this so we asked for help but were told that they aren’t trained on how to do it. We will never visit again and shall be warning others of the shocking customer service here. We didn’t appear to be the only ones having issues and noted several other groups returning to the counter with problems. The place needs to be shut down and either new staff recruited or more thorough training carried out.

  Ordered food because it was convenient and had little time in between work. Just terrible. Haven't eaten at taco bell in a long time, but doubt that the food was standard. There was essentially no meat. Mostly ate lettuce and tomatoes. 5 layer burrito was tiny and was the size of a taco filled with sour cream and beans. Not planning to eat taco bell again, especially not here. Will spend a few more dollars to get a real meal with whole ingredients.
