  ​"North Point Center on Lake Boulevard deserves negative five stars if that were possible. The parking lot layout is a total safety hazard—lines and arrows are completely faded, painted stop markings on the ground are invisible, and people drive like they own the road, leading to near-miss accidents constantly. Ever since the new Taco Bell opened, the traffic confusion has only gotten worse. The corporate property owners of this center urgently need to repaint the lines, restore the directional arrows, and install clear, elevated stop signs before someone gets seriously hurt."

  Giving this location a solid 3 stars because it's the ultimate definition of a mixed bag. Eating here is a total gamble. Half the time, you get your food and it's fresh, hot, and actually looks like the picture on the menu. The other half of the time, you get home, unwrap your stuff, and wonder if anyone even read the screen. (R.I.P. to my requested modifications and the zero hot sauce packets I somehow ended up with). ​Don't get me wrong, it's fast food, so my expectations aren't through the roof. It gets the job done when a late night craving hits. It’s just frustrating when you never quite know if you're getting a 5 star meal or a 2 star sad desk lunch. Still going to go back, though, because I love chaos.... and tacos.

  This location is the slowest in town and generally has the most order issues with accuracy and the food not being very well made or even hot enough to melt the cheese. Interior feels like a prison its so plain and uncomfortable. Its like a corporate gray box inside.

  The food here and EVERY location is absolutely awful. The "beef" they use has the look and texture of cat food. The already tiny portions are now smaller, uet the prices have increased. The only reason anyone should eat here...if starving to death is the only other option

  1 chalupa had beans 1 chalupa had chicken neither is what we ordered, beefy five layer burrito had 3 tortillas. Do not go to this location nothing but a failure since opening
