  My wife and I stopped by to pick up an order that had already been paid for and was scheduled to be ready at 11:40. We arrived a few minutes early, but when we received our food it was already cold, which was disappointing. What made the experience worse was the way we were treated by the manager. We had walked over from the nearby market and were carrying a couple of unopened beers that we intended to enjoy with our meal. Instead of politely informing us that outside alcohol wasn’t allowed inside the restaurant, the manager immediately began yelling at us and demanding that we leave. Had he simply asked us not to bring the beers inside, we would have gladly complied without any issue. I left without arguing or causing a scene, but the interaction was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Between the cold food, the wait, and the poor customer service, this was a very disappointing experience. Paying customers deserve to be treated with respect, even when policies need to be enforced.
