  I came to get breakfast. There was literally no one in the drive through. Ask me to pull to the third window. Because it would only be a minute. Then, I sat there for 5 minutes plus and nothing completely ridiculous. When russ and diane owned a mcdonald's here. In redding, it was never like this

  Always someone as you pull out holding a sign 😢 and I know its up to me to contribute but my daughter who has the biggest heart 🥺 will contribute if I don't step up first and I love that she wants to help & save everyone, I just don't want her giving her hard earned money away when I know what its being contributed for (****s 😭) so I end up giving my loose bills. My boys get the happy meals after a good day at school and earn points. Download the app, makes it worth it.

  Honestly the most ridiculous McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had three completely separate occasions where I ordered online for pickup and they “lost” my order or gave it to someone else and I had to wait for them to remake my order after they searched for it for about half an hour and still couldn’t find it. Then I got to wait for another half hour for them to remake something that takes a few minutes. Showed screenshots of the order and everything. THREE TIMES NOW. Over a year span. I genuinely don’t understand how that’s even possible. Honestly just pay attention to the online orders and pay attention to who comes in your store. Stop letting tweakers take people’s food and then wondering why it’s missing. Get it together! As someone who has worked in fast food in the past, it’s really not that difficult.

  If you have to choose between McDonalds or the Chick-fil-A next door, GO TO CHICK-FIL-A!! Had to flag down staff in the back to get help, the food took forever to be made (no, it wasn't busy) & I had to send my quarter pounder with cheese back twice. The first time was because it looked like my hamburger had two bites out of it. Gross! The second time was because there was a hair on my cheese. After that, I asked for my money back. This place only has a laminated menu board on the wall & when asked to add extra salt to my fries, they gave us the order and told us they put salt packets in the bag. While there, they got a drive thru order incorrect so the guy had to walk in & tell them & then there were 2 elderly ladies in front of us who were trying to get their free ice creams with receipts & the Hispanic lady at the register was acting like they were asking for free combo meals.

  I was at the so. bonnieview location around. 3pm this afternoon.9-25-26. I have never had such bad service in a Macd before. The guy on the order window didn't know what he was doing. Finally I got up to the pickup window and the same car that was in front of me at the order window was still waiting and waiting for her order and finally they started handing it to her on thing at a time. Finally they ask her to move up. When I got my order I had ordered a big Mac limited with a diet coke.I got a cherry coke. No recipe. I won't go back there again.
