- RLRogue LeaderMay 6, 20261.0There was only one person ahead of me this morning in drive thru but it took awhile for anyone to ask me what I wanted to order, slightly annoying but not a huge deal. What is more annoying is getting cold/bottom of the barrel fries.The cashier seemed really annoyed to be there and tried to send me off without my drink. Like come on... do better.
- PQPaula QueathemApr 26, 20265.0I moved to the Hilltop area in December of 2025. I started driving through the 1365 Churn Creek McDonalds to get a morning coffee early before work. I was greeted by the most amazing employee, Jennifer. She remembered my name after the first couple times. I have since stopped going to Starbiucks every morning and have no switched to this McDonald's location for my coffee and sometimes breakfast, simply because the service is so quick and Jennifer is so very friendly and fully of cheer and positive attitude. She is better than most coffee shop baristas. If you live nearby, visit this McDonalds for your morning Cafe! Jennifer will greet you with a smile and make your day. I genuinely appreciate her and this McDonald's location. I'm a daily morning regular now because of Jennifer!

- MRMercedes RatcliffApr 17, 20261.0Worse McDonald’s I ever had in my life And that is not something I run into often I ordered my granddaughter her first happy meal ever the fries are under. The chicken nuggets were light skinned too. I don’t even know how you can fail with frying, french fries and chicken nuggets. The french fries are pale. They’re not golden brown like they usually are. It was just horrible trash waste of time and money and I wish I could get my money back.
