  The chicken was id say half raw. the beans tasted like they put sugar in them. The food was just nasty! 40 dollars for a 8 piece that we didn't eat. Definitely not coming back. Oh and to top it off we waited for 20 plus minutes for our food to be prepared

  Best food, best prices. I've missed El Pollo Loco since I left Los Angeles 30 years ago. The quality and taste of their food hasn't changed a bit.

  I'm done with this place, I , like most people looked forward to the opening of El pollo , SO disappointing , this place is not like the ones i'm used to , the food is substandard , SMALL , seems like it sat on the grill all day , missing parts of the order and so on , NEVER GOING BACK.

  There’s a lady here with tattoos that works hard, but the rest of them are completely dysfunctional. I would not recommend anyone go here whatsoever. I waited for about 25 or 30 minutes and then I saw what I thought was probably my food ready, but it just sat on the counter for another 10 minutes until I walked up and asked. Luckily, it actually was mine but with the total lack of awareness and staggering issues today I would highly doubt I will ever go back.

  I ordered 3 tacos with only chicken, onion, and cilantro. I made my order at 5:00, on the dot. At 5:22 the employee put my order on the pickup counter with the "order completed" receipt. Even the app said my order was completed and ready for pickup.Then I preceded to wait until 5:32 when the supervisor said, "I need those 3 tacos"... I finally received my three tacos at 5:42. The food was ok. Not nearly the quality I've known from El Pollo Loco. I also have to say, it's one thing to not be productive and need more training, but it's another thing to hide that fact by printing order complete recipts far before the order is ready. (Note to corprate/ managers.) I would have left this review on the app, but the 2 receipts I was given was the store's copy and it didn't have the survey ID number. 🫤
