  I got a DOUBLE chicken tostada, it had the same amount of chicken as my other regular chicken tostada, definitely being stingey with the chicken and then also the lettuce they be serving is unacceptable!

  I spent over $30 on three burritos. Brc was absolutely tiny and my other two were disgusting. Nothing, and I mean, nothing like the SoCal El Pollo Loco. Redding knows how to screw things up.

  I got the chicken classical tostada there is barely any beans rice cheese or sour cream seriously it's just full of lettuce I've got this before in the other towns and it's definitely better I will not be coming back here Redding

  I am from Sacramento & use to eat at El Polo Loco frequently prior to 2013. First, the service is amazing & the food not like I remember. What I found most disturbing is the metal inserts that sit in the steamer are lined with plastic bags. I dont know if that is considered standard for this restaurant or laziness to make clean-up easier or how the food comes, which doesn't seem very fresh to me & certainly not anything I remember seeing down south. This will likely be my only visit. I did not see the bags until I was at the pick-up counter.

  They forgot my burrito so I went back the next day and they were very friendly and gave me my missing burrito with no hassle ☺️ also the food is delicious! Will be going back.
