Employees used to be very friendly; now they make it an unpleasant experience. I will not be paying $10 for a coffee if it can't at least be handed over with a friendly smile.
- JSJade SymmesJun 10, 20261.0This is the worst Dutch Bros stand to go to. I have been to every single local stand, but this is the closest one to my job. They always say they never get my payment and I get double charged EVERY TIME This is the THIRD occasion that it has happened to me (at this one and only stand that seems to do this and have this issue mind you) They also keep their stickers and never offer them on the days that they’re released and always for whatever reason seem to get frustrated when you ask for them… I just gave back my drink this morning, even though my account was charged because they insisted I didn’t pay, but it pulled from my bank already and I showed them that my money is now missing and I will not be giving them a second charge . I only drink Dutch bros and this is the only stand that ever has an issue not to mention they don’t follow drink orders and get mad when you try to correct it. Poor staff at this location… The office I work for of 75 people used to order from this Dutch Bros Every Friday and stopped doing it because of the same issues and poor service, including them, never making the drinks correctly or very poorly to where they taste terrible. I will not be returning to this specific stand There’s been too many issues repeatedly.

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
