Donatello’s Pizzeria is a small, family-owned spot serving wood-fired Neapolitan pizza. We use fresh, never frozen ingredients along with imported Italian staples, then fire each pie in about 90 seconds in our wood-burning oven.
We make a limited amount of dough daily, (italian flour, ferments for 3 days) when it’s gone, we’re done. Feel free to give us a call to check availability.
