  I got me and my husband food from there around 8:30pm last night I got myself a bowl with chicken and My Husband a burrito with chicken and when I was eating my bowl I Choked on a almost inch long bone!!!! Very disappointed and the girl gave me attitude and didn’t even seem like she wanted to work

  Love the food but the works out here absolutely garbage they were getting ready to close and wouldn't let my 5 year old use the restroom one worker that we asked tried to help and get them to let us ........ Thank her for trying the rest are trash that's low very low. And we stop 10 other places no one out here would let 5 year old go to bathroom so mest up ..

  I LIVE on Chipotle as a Vegan on the constant go, lookin for something quick, that is Vegan. Every Chipotle I go to respects that I am vegan and when I see cheese in the guacamole they go for a tub of guacamole that is in the fridge, not here, gal looked at me like I was crazy for asking them to do the extra leg work. Short dark hair, pale completion, not friendly. I explained it to the guy ringing up the order and he was speechless, literally had nothing to say. This place is not Vegan friendly, I will not be returning. Customer service here sucks

  My wife and I have gone to this Chipotle about 5 times since it’s opened and today is the straw that broke the camels back. Every time we walk in there we can know what our experience will be based on who we see on the line. There is one girl, not sure what her name is, but she has short hair, full arm tattoos and, a nose stud. Every time she is working we get the SMALLEST portions of food and she makes fun of people who do not look in pristine shape. For some context, my wife is 3 months postpartum, had a C-section, and is unable to workout due to needing physical therapy and past injuries. In front of us was a girl who looked like she actively works out, was wearing work out clothes, and in good shape. When this employee did her bowl, she piled on the food and was super nice to her. When my wife walked up, she then turned cold and put on the smallest portions. When my wife asked for more to have a normal portion, she made snide remarks about my wife asking for more food. Then when I walked up, I also am not in the greatest shape right now, she also put on the smallest portions she could. When I asked for veggies, she gave me 3 peppers. Her co-worker also put barely any rice and beans but I feel like she only did that because the short hair girl was watching. Not sure if she’s the manager, but if she is, Chipotle you need to do some reevaluations for your staff. Looking at other reviews, I know that we aren’t not the only ones with bad experiences because of this employee. I have only left this Chipotle happy one time and it was on a day when this lady was not working. From here on out, if I see this lady working when I walk in, I will walk out and go to the other Chipotle on Dana Drive because at least at the one, my wife doesn’t get fat shamed (she doesn’t even look big) and we get normal portions and don’t feel like we wasted our money. Chipotle, reevaluate your staff at this store and you may see better reviews.

  The lady in front of me was wearing a workout outfit and they put a lot of stuff on her burrito. Then I had to ask for extra because they barely put any on, then made fun of me at the checkout. Going to the other chipotle from here on out. They never put enough food on the burrito.
