- BJBill JenningsMar 26, 20262.0This is my first "off" experience at a Chick-fil-A. The team might have just had a bad day. When we pulled up there were three people in front of us at the walk up window. It took at least 15 minutes before our order was taken and it took 12 minutes to get our order. Several customers behind us in line, as it grew do to not moving, got in their cars and headed to the drive through which actually moved. They should simply close the walk up window and send everyone through the drive up. We stopped in to this one since it was right next to the freeway for a quick bite. We burned nearly 30 minutes simply waiting. If you don't mind the wait, you get a good standard issue Chick-fil-A meal which is always tasty. In the end all is well, but I didn't plan for an extra 30 minutes in our freeway stop for lunch when I picked Chick-fil-A as our stop.
