  Waited like 15 minutes for something they said was "1 minute" 5 cars went past us and at that we didnt get sauce and our food was not made right and the lady at the drive thru kept acting like she couldn't hear us

  Food was good but not worth the 5 minutes wait for fries and 4 whole cars BEHIND us got their food before we did this also happened to 3 other cars.and what was this 5 minute wait was over some fries I wont be going to this McDonald's again

  Nice and clean place, but a couple things that really bothered me. First thing, there's no water option in the soda machine, which already annoyed me because I had to go across to the gas station to get water and come back. Second, the food here is very poorly made. I had the steak, egg, mcgriddle yesterday at a different McDonald's location and it was made with perfection - juicy, and fresh. Today, however, the buns were dry, the steak was dry, the onions were burnt, just completely unacceptable, and a complete contrast with the other location's sandwich.

  Went for breakfast. Went to drive through but could not get response from any employee. So went inside to the counter to order and one female employee passed by me and did not say anything to me. After waiting to place my order and no employees visible I walked to the end of the counter to look in the kitchen for any employees and as I as at the end of the counter a employee noticed me and started screaming that I was in a restricted area. So I left without buying anything. As a former McDonald’s employee for almost 20 years I was appalled at the service or more like the lack of service or communication.

  Consistently forgets items out of orders regardless if it was mobile order or ordered at the restaurant. The phone doesn’t work most of the time and when it rings, no one ever answers. I’m very disappointed in our local service.
