No eye contact, my drink sat there while they continued to make other drinks no conversation not anything that I have ever experienced they all seemed unhappy and stressed out, the service model I love at Dutch Bros does happen here sadly.

These are the drinks I usually get. I'm picky when it comes to my drinks. The Aftershock is good blended extra thick. Pomegranate and Watermelon rebel blended extra thick, this is my favorite đ or as I call it the Pom Wa. It kinda has a bit of sweet and sour thing going on. It's NOT on the menu, you are welcome đ Passion Fruit green tea is good.

I uesd to live in redding for years and never had any problems dutch bros since moving to red bluff, i've had nothing but problems. The district manager from Redding at the time. Chandler always made sure to get my drinks correct and handle any minor issues I had But since moving to red bluff, i've noticed, they don't even know how to make the drinks properly the service is terrible. And they always try to put a tip on without asking I absolutely love Dutch Bros, but this kind of service is unacceptable.

How do I earn points?
Itâs easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereâs no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youâll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.

Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youâd like!
