  We drove 20 minutes to this Krispy Kreme around 3:00 in the afternoon for one reason—to buy Original Glazed donuts. We got there only to be told they were completely out and wouldn't be making any more until 5:00 PM. Let that sink in. A donut shop that is literally famous for its Original Glazed donuts had none available in the middle of the afternoon and wasn't planning to make more for another two hours. Meanwhile, customers were walking in, asking for glazed donuts, and immediately walking right back out empty-handed. Instead of keeping up with demand, they were perfectly content letting people leave without buying anything. It makes absolutely no sense. If your signature product is selling out, why wouldn't you fire up the equipment and make more? It was a complete waste of a 20-minute drive, time, and gas. If you're going to advertise and build your reputation around Original Glazed donuts, you should have them available during normal business hours. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and unless this location improves how it manages inventory, I won't be making another special trip here.

  Everyone know Krispy Kreme has the best donuts. But I also received five star service. I was planning a memorial service for my daughter so I called to make arrangements to pick up 4 dozen donuts. The phone was answered by Lynn the general manager and she was so accommodating and helpfull explaining the different products available and invited me to come by the morning of the memorial service so I did. When I arrived Lynn was there and she was the same cheerfull but empethitic persion i had talked to on the phone. The rest of here staff were also very attentive and helpfull. I was tired so i also ordered a large coffee and it was excellent coffee. Great donuts, great coffee and great service who could ask for more.

  Coffee area very dirty , back of register has sugar and food attached. I’ll v be driving through instead of sitting. Again coffee counter where the coffee is made very dirty. UGH

  Really glad to have a KK in the area out in the desert! We don’t come that often but better to come here than to buy them in the grocery store.

  Very disappointing experience today at the Krispy Kreme in Rancho Mirage. An employee named Javi was extremely rude and unprofessional. I saw him take my donut and wipe it with his gloved hand as if he were wiping a table. Whether he was wearing a glove or not makes no difference at all — he had no right to touch or wipe my donut in that way, especially after handling the register and other surfaces with the same glove. I clearly told him that this was completely unacceptable and not hygienic at all. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he rolled his eyes, laughed with his coworkers, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. What was even more shocking is that this behavior seemed completely normal to them, as his colleagues were also laughing instead of reacting professionally. I ultimately left the store without purchasing anything because I felt so disrespected and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this establishment as long as this person works there. I refuse to be served by someone who shows such a lack of respect for customers and considers this kind of behavior acceptable. Management should seriously address the attitude and professionalism of some of their staff. Very disappointed.
