  I have been to a majority of the Ben & Jerry's locations and the primary difference between this location and a majority of the rest is the woman by the name of Annemarie. I came in with my wife and Daughter and Annemarie wore a smile and made us feel more than welcomed. There was plenty of people for a Friday night but, she made each and every single person's experience feel amazing! My daughter could not decide a flavor she gets overwhelmed easily. Annemarie took the time to not only handle everyone else but also make the experience special for my daughter. I left that Ben & Jerry's with more than just an ice cream and my daughter now asks when we can go back and get more ice cream and see that nice lady (Annemarie). My family and I will be back through summer not only for the amazing ice cream but the fantastic staff for making it special for not only for my daughter but for everyone else she smiled towards and interacted with! Thank you Ben & Jerry's and thank you Annemarie!

  It took me awhile to write this review but I had to do it. I’m going back to Easter. I appreciate what they do for the kids in Easter. Having those little baggies with little things for them and the eggs. Super cool! So thank you! But what I didn’t appreciate was that a lady (a little big and blonde) who was in charge of the eggs in the Entrace this past 2026 Easter Day, with a nice gentleman there, anyways, she denied a silly egg to my daughter (3 years old) bcs they already had giving her 1. Which she did but what happened was that my daughter dropped it and lost the candy. She told my toddler that she already got one and is just one (even though the basquet was pretty full and no kids around) and it was so sad kids don’t understand about that 1 or 2 given, the just want one more, especially if they lost it. She made my daughter feel so sad and confused that I decided that I would never go back to that place anymore. Again, we passed by a second time (btw we re not that kind of ppl that will try again and again) we just tried to get another silly egg bcs my baby dropped it and lost the gum ball that was in it. Anyways, very disappointing. I guess this lady doesn’t have kids herself and if she does, I don’t know what kind of mother she is. It was very disappointing! You just don’t make a kid fell that sad for your selfishness. And let me say it again, no kids around anymore. it was at the end of the event) and the básquet full of those silly eggs still. I guess this woman wanted to keep them for next year who knows, but that was bad. Thank you but I’ll rather take her next year to a place where ppl really care about kids feeling!

  Annmarie was the sweetest most funny person I’ve encounter made my night 🤍 much love to Ben and Jerry’s for making sure I had a wonderful time and great ice cream 🍦

  First of all, I just want to say is that I love their icecream!! First time at this location, and what I first noticed was the faces made by the girls working! I love to go to places where I feel welcomed. Customer service here was not so great! Sad part is, is if the customer service isn’t good, then most likely won’t return to this place. These are places where the employees really need to use their customer skills to make every guest feel welcomed, and being served with a smile, and not with a face of I don’t want to be here! Ice cream always great, but because of the service… I will not be back again! Ben & Jerry, this is your business, if you want your business to grow, then you need to hire people who know the worth of a customer.

  This Ben & Jerry's has a lot of character. The interior feels very cute, cozy, and colorful. They have a lot of flavors and offer samples. They also have a wide variety of cones, optionally with chocolate and sprinkles. Then some ice cream sandwiches, sodas, and a few other options. Really a solid selection and a nice location. The only thing I can't get over is that a small, single scoop in a bowl is $9. I know everything is expensive now, but that just seems egregious. It feels pretty exorbitant for what you're actually getting. Still, Ben & Jerry's ice cream remains delicious.
