  I’m sure this cafe was good at one point I’m thinking but on my visit it seemed run down. I ordered a Detox Smoothie which was pretty decent and that’s about it. Their service was very unpleasant and unhelpful. I kinda felt like a bother to the employee. Now I expect that from the younger generation but not from an individual who seems to be old enough to know better. The tables were sticky as well as the chairs. I was there for about forty five minutes and no one in sight, huh I wonder why? The positive is that you can order ahead and not deal with the employees and hopefully they make your order accordingly. If you decide to check this place out hopefully you have a better experience than I did.

  Hard to believe this company is still in business. Why people WASTE their money on hyped up food that is WAY OVERPRICED, less than average in taste and portions are ridiculously small, it is just crazy. This company needs to invest in better food, increase portions and lower their prices...and stop spending ridiculous amounts of money on advertising.

  I like the concept and everything about it, but everything is so watered down all my friends ordered something and it tasted so watery Me and my friends all got smoothies and it taste so watery like soggy fruits first of all they add water. I don’t care if I got a substituted with orange juice so there needs to be another juice for you guys to put but you don’t add a water and ice

  No one wants to be served paper in their sandwich.. this sucks because this never happens and idk if the cashier April P. was having a bad day or what but that ain’t cool to take it out on the food you’re serving to the customer esp if it ain’t busy.

  I used to rate this place 3 stars (bc the family that works here is always so unfriendly), but after today it’s a 1 star for me 👎🏼 The night before, I ordered ahead for a 2:30 pm pick up for the next day, but my schedule changed so I called them the morning of at 9 am, to push back my pick up time to an hour later at 3:30 pm. The girl on the phone said she made note of it & it was all good. But when I came to pick it up at 3:15 pm, I saw my order was already on the mobile order shelf all melted… I told the workers I had called earlier since I was gonna be late & I didn’t want my smoothie sitting out/melting there for an hour. The manager/owner gave me a hard time & wouldn’t remake it & told the (very nice) worker to put more ice in it & reblend it… all that did was make it SO watered down & flavorless. I would have just taken the melted smoothie tbh. I know everything here is frozen but all I wanted was a fresh smoothie??? The owners are too cheap to waste ingredients even though it’s mostly ice & only 4 scoops of frozen fruit like bruh ._.
